What’s been going on at mobius? Friends working out together, celebrating movement no matter how big or small, and showing up for each other.
So how have we been moving? Lots of walking, weightlifting, yoga, and running…but mobius users have also been logging archery, shoveling snow, and yes, even pacing around their apartments.
The mobius community is also training for all kinds of goals: half marathons, Hyrox, general fitness, and triathlons. But members also want to improve their rollerblading skills, get back into pickleball after pregnancy, and my personal favorite, train for life (I think we can all relate to that one).
Perhaps the most important insight of all: 80% of activities logged on mobius were cheered on by friends and the mobius community. That’s over 2,000 notes of encouragement — "Beast mode 💪", “You’re amazing!”, “Can’t stop you” — making us all feel supported, seen, and capable of taking on our own unique fitness journeys.
